Sustainability
Prioritizing certified forestry practices in wooden products and adhering to sustainability principles in material selection by using durable and recyclable certified materials are standard practices in our production process. In short, these principles are fundamental to how we conduct business.
While we continue our efforts in waste management to minimize waste generated during the production process, we also encourage recycling programs and aim to reduce our packaging to minimize our impact on the environment.
Through water waste management, greenhouse gas emissions control, and the use of convertible raw materials, we establish the
“production-life cycle.”
Carbon Emissions are regularly calculated and measured according to
ISO14064-1:2018 standards, 2006 IPCC Guidelines for National Greenhouse Gas Inventories, IPCC Sixth Assessment Report Section 7, GHG Protocol Transport Tool v2.6, DEFRA 2021, and Conversion factors standards.
To achieve this goal, we collaborate with non-governmental organizations and professional chambers.
Our efforts to reduce environmental impacts, in line with international standards meeting ISO 14001, have been verified by third parties.
We aim to create a positive impact not only on nature but also on social structures.
We work to protect and enhance our living spaces by participating in programs for plant and animal life conservation, including tree planting, habitat restoration, Adapt-A-Highway clean-ups, and garden planting, alongside our employees.
By 2030, we aim to ensure that all materials used in production are recyclable and that production processes are 100% aligned with sustainability principles.
YAAZ ACADEMY
In both our personal and professional lives, the principle of “Continuous Learning” is of great importance.
Whether in production, sales, marketing or any other field, our workforce is the driving force behind our competitive advantage.
In this context, the development of our personnel, the increase in their performance and the training of talented and competent employees are extremely important.
Considering the complementary and developing effect of our female employees, who constitute 30% of our personnel working in the production field, at every point in the field, we attach great importance to the development of their professional training so that women can take on more roles at the production level.
With the aim of creating a more successful team consisting of self-confident, talented, respectful, passionate and well- educated individuals, we established “YAAZ Academy” to continuously offer these training programs within the company.

Renewable Energy: We power our 37,000 m2 indoor factory area completely with solar panels.
Green Logistics: Forklifts and scooters used within the factory are fully electric.
Zero Waste Program: Waste generated during production is separated, stored for recycling, and targeted for zero-waste metrics.
Digitalization: We minimize paper consumption by digitalizing purchasing and sales processes.
Carbon Footprint Reduction: Regular annual carbon footprint assessments and transition to low-emission fuels.
Afforestation Projects: Continuous involvement in planting initiatives within our 37,000 m2 reserved area to offset carbon dioxide emissions.
